3. Face verification

If a company enables face verification, face templates are processed by our face verification service only to confirm a user's identity at sign-in, and are deleted when an account is reset or handed over.

4. How we use data

To provide and secure the service, to bill companies, to answer enquiries and to send service emails such as invoices and receipts. We do not sell personal data.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by the payment provider you choose. We never receive or store full card numbers; we keep only a reference and, if you agree, a reusable token from the provider.

6. Separation and security

Each company's data is stored in its own database. Access is limited by roles, sensitive keys are encrypted and activity is logged.

7. Retention

Company data is kept while the account is active and for a limited period after cancellation so it can be exported, then deleted. Security logs are kept for a limited time.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Company users should first contact their company administrator, who controls the company's data.

9. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in, remember your language and protect forms against abuse.
