Terms of service

1. The service

Zenex Solutions is an online system for managing orders, shipping, delivery costs, sellers, teams, commissions and partner payments. These terms apply to every company ("you") that creates an account, and to its users.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping passwords safe and for everything done by the users you create. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Trial, plans and payment

A free trial may be offered. After the trial, the selected plan is billed monthly or yearly in advance. Invoices are due on their due date. Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Late payment and suspension

If an invoice remains unpaid after the grace period, the account becomes read-only until payment is received. Your data is not deleted because of late payment.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at the end of any billing period from your billing page. After cancellation the account becomes read-only; you may request an export of your data before it is removed.

6. Your data

You own the data you enter. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. Each company's data is stored in its own database.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, to send spam, to attempt to access other companies' data or to disrupt the service.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and secure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the system at least 30 days before they take effect.
