Frequently asked questions
Do my sellers need to install an app?
No. Zenex Solutions runs in the browser of any phone or computer, including old iPhones and Android phones. Sellers simply open your company address.
Is it available in Dari and Pashto?
The system ships in Dari and English, with full right-to-left support. This website is also in Pashto, and a Pashto system language can be added with a language file. Contact us if you need it set up.
Can I move my existing orders and sellers?
Yes. Our team can import your sellers, team leaders and historical orders from spreadsheets. Ask for a migration when you book a demo.
Who can see our data?
Only your users, according to the roles you give them. Each company has its own database, separate from every other company.
How do we pay?
Monthly or yearly, by card, PayPal, Hesab Pay, regional providers or bank transfer. You can save a payment method for automatic renewal.
What happens after the trial?
You receive an invoice before the trial ends. Pay it to continue; if you do not, your account becomes read-only after a grace period, and your data stays safe.
